We are glad to support you with the inital setup and operation of your internet access – regardless of your provider.
Within Berlin we offer our installation services to private and business customers at a fair price.
The installation flat rate includes the following services:
- Arrival/departure within Berlin
- Cabling between the first TAE (main socket) and router
- Connection and setup of the DSL end device (modem or router)
- Initial operation of the internet access via LAN or WLAN
- Creation of your email address (if ordered/assigned)
- Short introduction and handover
Additionally we offer optional services:
- Relocation of your TAE socket
- Installation and setup of a phone system (ISDN or VoIP)
- Acquisition and provision of additional components (network cards, network switches, wlan routers/repeaters)
System and technical requirements
Please note that the following requirements have to be met in order to setup your internet access:
- Activated telephone or internet access by your provider
- Router
- compatible and functional end devices
