- Alboinstrasse 36-42, 12103 Berlin (approx. 6 km away from our office location)
- Gradestrasse 60, (approx. 200 m away from our office location)
Our RemoteHands service is ideal for you if:
- You do not operate your own hardware in one or more of the stated locations
- You have no time to drive to the data center locations or the location is too far away
- You need a holiday substitute for your company
- You want to offer a 24/7 RemoteHands service to your customers
What billing increments do you offer?
- Billing according to effort and expenses (working days from 8 am to 6 pm: per started 15 minutes – other times: per started 60 minutes)
- Monthly included HandsOn flat rate (minimum purchase: 60 minutes)
What does the RemoteHands service cost?
RemoteHands:
- Fri. 8.00 Uhr – 18.00 Uhr => 26,78 Euro Brutto / 15 Min.
- Fri. 18.01 Uhr – 7.59 Uhr sowie Sa, So, Feiertags => 160,65 Brutto / 60 Min.
Arrival/Departure for:
Lorenzweg and Alboinstraße:
- Main time: 35,70 Euro gross
- Other times (incl. holidays and weekends) 35,70 Euro gross
Gradestraße:
- Main time: 0,00 Euro gross
- Other times (incl. holidays and weekends) 35,70 Euro gross
What kind of maintenance and management is covered with the RemoteHands service?
- Reboots
- Execution of orders and instructions via telephone
- Troubleshooting in case of problems or hardware failure
- Replacement of outdated and defective hardware
- Mounting and startup of new systems (servers, NAS, switches, firewalls, etc.)
In addition, we offer our customers who have ordered a monthly included HandsOn the option to store their hardware on our premises where it can be accessed at any time.
